CountPro is the stock count for a bar or a restaurant, done on the phone already in your hand. Walk the cellar, count what is there, and let the totals look after themselves.
The paper version is familiar: a printed sheet, a pen, somebody in the cellar at closing time. A number lands on the wrong line, the totals do not add up, and by the morning the sheet is unreadable — or wearing a cup ring. CountPro is that same count taken on the phone: the lines, what is left, and the total, legible while you are still standing in front of the shelf.
What it does
Three things, for one job: getting the count out of the cellar and into numbers. Nothing else is in it — CountPro is not trying to be the rest of the back office.

The count happens where the stock is: in front of the shelf, one line at a time, on the device in your hand. No sheet to balance on a crate, and no second trip back to the office to type it up.

A running total while you walk
Each line you count goes into a total as you go. What is left stays visible without stopping to add anything up in your head — which is the part that goes wrong at closing time.

A count you can read back
Finish the count and it exists as a count: the lines, the numbers, the total. What the morning shift reads is what was entered at 2am — not handwriting, and not a figure somebody has to remember.
Who it is for
Bars and restaurants, where the stock lives in a cellar, a walk-in and the shelf behind the bar — and the person counting it at the end of the night is also the person locking up. One count, one phone, and numbers the owner and the staff can both read the next morning. If your stock is a spreadsheet somebody updates once a month, this is more ceremony than you need. If it is a clipboard and a look in the fridge, it is built for you.
